  4. External and internal drives are disabled on all computers.
  5. Personnel are not permitted to possess any device to store or copy electronic media.
  6. Personnel are not permitted to remove from the office or possess hard documents of any kind.
  7. Every employee goes through a security checkout before leaving and upon entering the office.
  8. Computers are accessible only with the use of passwords held by the authorized user.
  9. Firewalls and antivirus software protecting all systems at all times and daily updates.
  10. All documents shredded before disposal and go through a security procedure for same.
  11. Scheduled computer backups performed and then stored in a password protected, locked, secure outbuilding.
  12. All employees are required to sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement.
  13. We follow industry standard procedures and have administrative procedures in place to guard data integrity, confidentiality and document availability (information access control and access authorization).
  14. Technical evaluations are systematically performed to ensure that all systems meet or exceed specified security requirements.

Finally, the entire work force is trained to give the utmost importance to privacy, security and confidentiality and are routinely instructed in the rules, procedures and demands of their respective positions. Our servers are hosted with tier 1 ASP's with full redundancy and backup support.
